The Third Eye Great album - thanks for sharing this with us. Perfect for daydreaming and aimless walks. Favorite track: Lore inozoa feat. Sweet Freeze.
Anatomy of the Heads
Anatomy of the Heads thumbnail
Anatomy of the Heads A bouquet of exotic flowers — fragrant, overripe, and just a touch suspicious — this is music engineered to seduce impressionable youth into the Mediterranean lifestyle your parents warned you about. You know, the one where you “write poetry” all day on a sun-bleached terrace, spend the evening chain-smoking by the harbor, and mysteriously never seem to have a job. Favorite track: Lore narkotikoa.
Fringes of Sound

Fringes of Sound Damn, what a beautiful album. Great for a walk on a sunny morning Favorite track: Lore pentsakorra.

about

Lorategi means garden.
This is a collection of analog photos shot with a Nikon FG from 1982.
Each photo has a psychedelic/neofolk track attached to it.

Music is as raw and organic as the photographs.
Different film-rolls were used for the photos: Kodak Gold, Kodak Ultramax, Ilford Ilfocolor.
All instruments were recorded using Shure SM58 & SM57 mics through a SSL interface. Except keys on "Lore pentsakorra", that's a Steinberg Velvet VST played with a MIDI controller.

PDF booklet with photo album included in the download.

Music and photos were produced during 2024-2025.

"Lorategi offers a rarefied form of ambience, an earthy unhurried listen, a Basque paradise peppered in gentle psychedelic disorientation. Fleeting, but beautiful…"

"In a world obsessed with speed, Sugaar Pan is telling us through Lorategi to slow down and let ourselves get lost."
