Description
This submission included the models to add Festivizer compatibility to every weapon in the game that did not already have it (including weapons that had old-school Festive versions but not standard Festivizer compatibility).

At the time this Workshop submission was first posted, the Festivizer tool was compatible with 54 weapons in the game.

This submission was accepted for Smissmas 2025 and added Festivizer compatibility to 87 more weapons, plus a fix to the rigging of the Scorch Shot's Festivizer model. The newly-compatible weapons are listed in this thread, and they can be most easily previewed in Shounic's video.

This submission was primarily a submission of models, though some notes were included on possible snags and needs regarding implementation. Valve has received the full project, so more may follow, though if and which and when they do so is entirely at their discretion. I have neither control nor foreknowledge on if nor which nor when Valve will add any more. I should note that most of the ones implemented thus far have been weapons that did not have extra notes; most of the remainder have details that would likely complicate implementation.

========

In the months following this submission, the project was converted into a set of client-side mods on Gamebanana. Those mods are now going away. However, those pages included some reference material I felt worth preserving.

Most of the models in this submission are not pictured in the showcase images. The mod pages included preview images for all the other weapons (albeit some were tweaked for the mod's purposes). This album contains those screenshots, labelled by weapon, and notes some specific differences between the mod version pictured and the version in this submission.[imgur.com] Please note that not all festivizer models in this album have been implemented in-game at time of writing. Shounic's video is also a much easier way to preview those which have been implemented thus far.

In a comment on one of the mod pages, someone asked what my process was for making the models. I replied with a written-out process that I used in Blender, with images. Those who use custom weapon models in-game might find that guide useful if they want to add festivizer compatibility for their custom models.[imgur.com]

========

Please let me know about any issues you see with the festivizer models in this discussion thread.

Happy Smissmas,
-Piogre
