Midnight Club II has to be one of the hardest but one of THE best racing games I've played. It's definitely one of the best street racing games since the early 2000s car culture boom of tuners and the hit Fast & Furious movies. Year 2003 was the starting year for these racing games, especially a good example like Need For Speed: Underground. Rockstar has nailed this one as being fun and giving it lots of personality to the whole feel of the game. Sadly enough this is the only Midnight Club game that will ever be on PC, and there's no more to come.

Pros:
- 3 cities, all fun to play on (LA, Paris, Tokyo)
- Car choices are very good, from underpowered tuners to high performance Japanese vehicles (also bikes are available)
- The arcade-y driving physics makes this game fun to drive around and race
- Characters add lots of personality and taste to the game
- Runs very well on Windows 10
- Extremely good soundtrack, possibly one of the best
- Cheat codes, adds fun to goof around on free roam
- Game helps you learn when to time things right and be aware of your surroundings

Cons:
- Game gets really difficult/challenging, this isn't a problem but you'll have to commit several retries on possibly one race
- Car sounds are okay, but they sound totally different in gameplay rather then when you select a vehicle
- Controller support is broken, you'll have to find a fix that fixes deadzone issues and makes the RT/LT and RS/LS buttons selectable

There's nothing much I can say about this game. I loved it overall, finished it too quick but that's because I had a lot of fun playing it.
