Not that I am for segregation or anything, I seriously believe that mobile games has no place on PC, especially infinite runner games featuring outdated and bland visuals like Forest Escape! The price tag and achievements are not even worth your time. Heck, I won't even bother writing PROS and CONS like I usually do!

The Spirit Underneath is perhaps the best game made with GameGuru but this is not saying much since the game is nothing but a poor's man (or should I say homeless!) version of Dear Esther and Amnesia: A Machine of Pigs...

+ Cheap, uninspired but yet creepy sound effects (assets)
+ Some sense of narrative (although underdevelopped)
+ Two endings (although unrewarding)

NEGATIVES

- Constant and long loading time
- Constrained and linear levels
- Poorly written story
- Very short (around 20 minutes)

I was willing to give this game a chance and upload a gameplay video but due to the gamebreaking bugs I've changed my mind! I'm now unable to progress further!

POSITIVES
+ No performance issues
+ Relatively stable

NEGATIVES
- Dull presentation
- Low texture quality
- No voice over
- Uninspired dialogues
- Ingame subtitles stay in the Main menu
- New Game button does not function properly after the driving intro cutscene and reaching the office
- New Game and Continue button cease to function after we use the computer at the office

How come this game managed to get on Steam when basic features such as New Game and Continue can't function properly. Let me guess... Steam Direct!

There isn't much to say about a game that took little to no effort... Call of Nightmare is possibly the worst rail shooter ever made...

As far as I wanted to enjoy HARP Vefa, a historical FPS made by Turkish devs, I simply cannot recommend it due to some frustrating game design and technical issues...

+ Hilarious and cheesy fight scene
+ Decent visuals
+ Lighting effects
+ Draw distance
+ The map scale

NEGATIVES
- Enemy AI shoots at you with pinpoint accuracy
- Enemy AI simply camp in their spot
- Environment does not provide cover
- Hit detection issues
- No save feature
- Poor optimization
- Very linear level design
- No keybinding menu
- Low polycount models

I'm warning you. The game is really difficult, but not in a good way. The beginning consist of walking through an alley of snipers and dying every minute...

Steam Direct is back with a vengeance and it is now called "The Armament Project", your typical indie FPS set in a dystopian future and powered by the (sadly misused) Unreal Engine 4.

POSITIVES
+ No optimization issues (so far...)
+ No crashes (so far...)

NEGATIVES
- Very short (4 levels, 15 min of gametime)
- Overpriced
- Generic setting
- Uninspired level design
- Nonexistant ambiant sound FX
- Bulletsponge enemies
- Only one enemy type
- Only one weapon
- Bad voice acting
- Poorly written introduction

Not the worst game to come out from Steam Direct but definitely not worth your time and money! Think about Jason Welge's Time Ramesside but minus the gamebreaking bugs!

As a semi-reboot/semi-sequel to one of the most influential stealth game franchise on PC, Thief is quite a disappointment. As a game on its own, it is an average stealth game with some potential.

POSITIVES
+High production value
+Neat presentation
+Sandbox structure
+Creepy and scary asylum (chapter 5)
+Upgrade system
+20-30 hours of gameplay

NEGATIVES
-Main missions are very linear
-Jumping, climbing and vaulting is reduced to limited context sensitive interactions
-Side missions are mostly unchallenging fetch quests
-Confusing/convoluted plot
-Disappointing/sketchy ending
-Map marker can be misleading at times

Recommended to those who never completed any Thief games.

Devil Daggers is an excellent indie title for what it is: a simple survival mode. However, it could be much more than that.

POSITIVES
+Spine-chilling atmosphere
+Fast movement and jumping mechanics
+Simple and effective shooting mechanics
+Terrifying enemies
+Extremely difficult

NEGATIVES
-A bit repetitive
-Only one game mode
-Only one map

With its nightmarish visuals and fast-paced gameplay there is no reason why this game cannot benefit from a singleplayer campaign or a series of challenges. I really hope the devs will expand on this concept.
