If you love 4X games, but aren't a big fan of combat, and if you like supply chain puzzles, then this is almost certainly the game for you

A nice though small game in the same genre as Terraria. It's got a tech tree which directs your progress during the campaign worlds, as well as custom sandbox game options. Pretty good for the small price of the base game (around A$5 when I got it) and 9 DLC available for those that want more. I haven't checked the DLC yet myself, but will be looking into them after I finish the campaign

What could have been a great game is hampered by the existence of Cities:Skylines. When it was new, it was good, and there are certainly some interesting things in this, such as the inter-city trading, though even that comes with issues relating to it being significantly restrictive while also being a necessity in many cases. Still trying to get the last 2 achievements though

Definitely enjoying this idle game. It takes elements from merge games, and adds some quite fun choices to make with which enemies you are fighting so you get the resources you need. There is still a lot of improvements coming, but the developer has been actively communicating with the community on the discord server and streams regularly. They also do regular giveaways of the real money currency which is great for those that don't want to financially support the dev.

Construct space craft from modular pieces and fly around exploring and battling with other space craft. Claim stations and dominate your sector, then wormhole jump to a new sector to do it all over again. Watch out for the Agents with their powerful fleets, or just build your own stronger fleet and take care of them

Enjoyed it as a pay game. Still enjoy as a free game, though you do have to have an Epic account now.

Pretty simple dice rolling game where you select one or two heroes to take on a dungeon. Each class of hero has a specific starting set of abilities (dice), and each dungeon has a specific set of challenges that play out over the 3 levels before the boss.

Open a dungeon door, roll dice, use skills (may be acquired from challenges), improve character and take damage, repeat. There is a time mechanic that determines if you've spent enough time on the level (or too much time...) and potions that initially can just heal you but there are other potions you can discover too.

After each dungeon trip, win or lose, the character(s) will earn some upgrade points to make them better for the next run.

If you like your rogue-likes brutal, this is certainly one for you. so many challenges and so many sudden ways to die

Hilarious fun. Better with more players. Great with everyone on voice for the discussion periods and obeying the silence times.

Quite a good digital version of this excellent board game. Very happy with it and expect i'll get a lot of play from it (written at 3 hours in)
