Upgrading from doing 1 boss dungeons to 3 boss dungeons that take way longer only grants 1 item that's a set piece.
Way too grindy.

This game feels like it was made by a bunch of people who never played ARPGs before.

Did everyone who worked on the original PoE leave the team?

People have described the dialogue in this game as "written by the HR department" and I don't think there's a better way to describe it.

I think the dialogue has been filtered through ChatGPT to make it as inoffensive as possible and it came out bland, robotic, unrealistic.

The formula is boring.
Outside of modding and gooning improvements made by the community, this game has done nothing new since Stormblood.

I have trust issues because of this game.

Imagine releasing an FPS game in the year of our lord 2020+4 that doesn't have toggles for anything.

This is what happens when you take mobile game developers and you set out to make a PC title.

This is not even related to the PSN thing, I didn't care much about it to be honest.

The game's progression system is a battle pass. That's it. While the game feels good to play a lackluster progression system won't keep me playing for very long. Also it's very hard to keep up with all the balance changes they're constantly doing every week.

1. The artstyle is incredible inconsistent. Some sprites look 128x128 while others look to be 1024x1024. Creating an inconsistency in the art making it very jarring when going from one area to another.

2. There was very little design thought put into how the player interacts with the world.

• The map doesn't show you where you are right now.
  
• There is no way to edit your inventory/equipment while in the world, you have to travel back to Granny's house, which you can teleport to but you can't teleport back to where you were.
  
• If you open a chest and 10 items drop on the ground you can't click all of them quickly, there isn't a 'pickup all' button, you have to click one, wait 1 second for the animation to play, click another, wait another second and so on.

3. The few animations the game has are also inconsistent, some animations like the portal opening and closing is about 3fps while the walking animations looks much smoother.

4. There are no bounding boxes on some of the sprites, sometimes it looks like you're sitting on top of a tree or a house or floating in the air, very little attention to detail.

I could go on but I've played better hentai shovelware but for that I at least had a reason to keep playing.

2007 games on Newgrounds and Miniclip were produced better than this.

You ever just trick your friends into picking up a game because it's on Game Pass knowing it's going to be garbage but you all have nothing better to do, then you uninstall an hour later and never speak of it ever again.

That happened with Palworld aswell, except we uninstalled it so we can all buy it on Steam. There are so many bugs, I've spent more time making workarounds for their dedicated server bugs than I have playing the game and still the game's really fun.
