Runs well, looks great considering its age, and still plays great for what it is. Hopefully the rest of the collection will follow at a faster pace.

I still don't know how to shoot to the beat (and I don't really like the songs they have so far) but this has somehow started to replace Beat Saber as my favorite VR rhythm game. Definitely recommended to anyone who has a VR headset!

I know, only an hour and a half, blablabla. I played 200 hours on bnet, quit shortly after the 2nd DLC since I was disappointed with the first year of content (Bungie/Acti going the same route they went with D1).
Still, they turned the ship around and even got rid of Acti. This re-launch might have server issues (and crashes if your friends list is over 300 friends, hopefully a fix is on the way for that. Edit: that issue has been fixed) but overall, it's a great offering for both free and paid players.
No more limits on power progression, so even someone who spent zero dollars can get to the endgame alongside their friends who bought all the DLC. Once the launch day/week woes are over, this is going to be one of the best loot shooters/shlooters on PC.

As you can see, I haven't played nearly enough to finish the game, but I'd like to leave a positive review in order to balance out some negative ones that I feel aren't exactly on point (though of course, different people, different opinions, which means they aren't necessarily invalid).

This is a Spiders game through and through. What is that? Well, Spiders makes RPGs with a lot of heart, but often quite rough and with bigger ideas than their budgets can actually deliver. They gave us gems like Mars: War Logs or Of Orcs and Men, and lesser titles like Bound by Flame or The Technomancer. So far GreedFall is far more polished and attractive than all of those, while at the same time delivering on the RPG promise that so many studios seem to have forgotten lately (yeah, I'm looking at you, Bioware).

At the same time, I feel compelled to point out that you WILL find this game lacking in the animation and graphics department if you decide to compare it to something like Dragon Age (which, in my opinion, would be a mistake, since the budget for GreedFall is 1/10th of the budget of those games, and that's being generous).
If you judge your RPGs for their quest design and ability to tell a compelling story that can be experienced in many different ways, then I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed here, because so far, I'm positively ecstatic at the work Spiders have done with this game. If you prefer to have all the graphical bells and whistles or expensive mocapped cutscenes, then you might be better off with a Bioware game.
Me? I'll take this Spiders game (which doesn't seem to have any spiders in it) over Dragon Age Inquisition or its ilk any day of the week.

EDIT: I've now finished the main campaign and overall, I still think the same about the game.

I don't usually leave reviews before finishing games, but I'm not too sure about the legitimacy of the negative reviews that I see popping up in the store for this game, so I'll do it here.

It's a cooperative nu-Wolfenstein experience with Arkane's level design mastery and MachineGames' ideas on story and gameplay. For 30 bucks it's a steal, considering the fun times I've already had playing with a friend.
Now on to some of the most common complaints I've read about this little gem:

Enemies are bullet sponges, they turned Wolfenstein into a Destiny clone, lots of RPG type stuff, oh my! I wonder if the people complaining about this played the previous 3 MachineGames Wolfenstein games, to be honest. The "bullet sponges" are elite enemy types that were already quite tough in the other games. Normal Nazi soldiers go down with one shotgun blast, as expected of them.
Destiny clone? There's some daily and weekly missions that are there if you want to get all the cosmetics, etc. quicker. Not really Destiny type stuff.
RPG mechanics? With the exception of the game having a level-up mechanic, everything else (weapon/player upgrades) was also present in previous MG Wolfensteins, only you earned that stuff in a different way (doing challenges instead of getting skill points through kills and weapon upgrades from coins you find lying around). Once again, not such a horrible thing.
Grindy? Not really. There's some level gating that stems from trying to make the game longer, but to be honest, I'd rather take this than what they did with TNC, which had the extra Uberkommanders stuff in order to pad out a campaign that felt half-finished. Not really a grind-type thing though, you just have to get through "preparation" missions before you can take on some big bosses that will royally eff you up otherwise.
Now on to some complaints of my own:
Partner AI needs work, it'll teleport from place to place and doesn't always know how to get to your location if you go down. Otherwise, it knows how to survive fights (I play on the hardest difficulty level and I died more than the AI).
Connection issues appear from time to time, I guess thanks to Bethesda's online services being worse than what I'm used to (Valve's).
Overall though, I'm more than satisfied with what I've played, and I don't really get all the negativity surrounding the game. Lots of really uninformed Youtube videos too, saying the game is a loot shooter because you collect coins (yeah, really) or because some missions are called "raids" (which, you know, it's not a word only used by loot shooters or MMORPGs, it also has a real meaning in English...).

Warhammer: Chaosbane‘s attempt to bring the Fantasy Battles universe into action RPG land is a resounding success, as the game takes all the right cues from the giants of the genre while at the same time implementing a few neat tricks of its own. With a meaty campaign and four characters to choose from, anyone who picks up Eko Software‘s latest title will have a great time either solo or in co-op. Just make sure to stop frantically left clicking from time to time, as you can get some nasty wrist pain if the loot addiction sets in!

If you enjoyed Chivalry: Medieval Warfare and have been waiting for a sequel not involving hero shooter mechanics and magic spells, this is the game for you. Skill-based combat meets chaotic battlefields littered with the bodies of the fallen (or what's left of them, anyways).
An in-depth character customization system lets you create your own virtual avatar or mix and match weapons and armor for the perfect loadout, and a progression mechanic keeps you engaged with the game if that's your thing.
Looking for Battle Royale? There is an official BR mode waiting for you in the matchmaking queue. Battlefield-style large scale engagements? Frontlines is there for you, with capture points, objectives, horses and other niceties. Not big on PvP? Horde mode would like to have a word, if you please (the AI isn't super smart, but it can hold its own in a fight).
Old school deathmatch/TDM? It's there too. Community servers? You betcha.

Bugs and some server stability issues? Yeah, we got those too, but for a game created by a team of just eleven people working from all corners of the globe, Mordhau is an amazing achievement.

Edit: I've now completed the campaign, and I wholeheartedly stand behind my appreciation of the game after the first three missions (which is described in the following review). Other users have also pointed out that the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro is not supported (although I've seen reports of people using unsupported sticks with a controller emulator).

As you can see from my playtime I've only completed three missions so far, so don't take this review as something written by someone who completed the game, because that's not currently true. With that out of the way, I'd like to leave a positive rating to help people who do not have a HOTAS at their disposal and would like to know if the game runs well (and is as good as previous Ace Combat titles).
Playing with an Xbox 360 joystick, on a 4770k, 16gb RAM, GTX 1070 machine running at 1080p, I'm getting a near locked 120fps maxed. So, the PC version is far from badly optimized. The planes control very well with the 360 pad, and if I can find my Extreme 3D Pro, I'll report back on that as well.
I read that 4K support is in, actually, though other people report that's not the case, so if that's important to you, there's a chance it might not work.
Otherwise, the game is excellent so far, with clear mission objectives, beautiful graphics and outstanding gameplay that more than makes up for the travesty that was Assault Horizon.

Perfect game to introduce your friends to the world of VR. Highly entertaining (and addictive), you will end up playing for hours on end without even noticing it. There are only a few official songs right now (and I don't really like any of them) but you can get more through unofficial mods (studio has been bought by Facebook now, hopefully mod support will remain a thing anyway)
