Always crashing

I cannot play this game, whenever I click on Stadium or Watch Match it crashes back to the desktop. Please advise how I can fix this or how to get a refund. I also emailed this to support.

se cuelga el juego y sale al escritorio

nose porke pero cuando comenzamos una liga nueva va muy bien y rapido a la k bamos llegando al final de la temporada tarda cada vez mas en cargar y al empezar la siguiente temporada se cuelga y se sale direcctamente al escritorio y cada cuatro partidos me hace lo mismo siempre. ES IMPOSIBLE JUGAR ASI ESPERO ALGUNA SOLUCION HACE DOS SEMANAS K COMPRE EL JUEGO Y ME ESTOY ARREPINTIENDO....
