Those who've been keeping up with our Early Access development can look forward to a slew of exciting additions in our v1.0 Launch Update, notably the true ending of the story, scores of new events for the game's dozens of fully voiced characters, new music we can't wait for you to hear, new Fated List prophecies, new late-game unlockables, and more!

And of course, we've finally added Achievements along with other finishing touches! If you've been playing in Early Access, you may earn many Achievements retroactively, and won't need to start over to earn any of the remaining ones. Full patch notes are here.

The completion of Hades II also marks the completion of the Hades II Original Soundtrack by our award-winning composer Darren Korb. Much like the game itself, this is our biggest-ever soundtrack, clocking in at just under four hours of music created for this game.

We've given v1.0 of Hades II everything we've got! As with any of our Major Updates, we'll be keeping a close eye on this launch to ensure it's as problem-free as possible, and deploy hotfixes or patches in case of any issues. Beyond that, it's too early to say what's next for our team! We'll likely take some time to reflect and recharge.

While Hades II spent more than four-and-a-half years in development, including about a year and a half in Early Access, it's also the culmination of all the experience we've gained together as a team since Supergiant Games started back in 2009. Early Access development was foundational to the entire idea of the original Hades, and proved instrumental to this latest game as well.
