The final boss is a bit odd. 0.1% achievement rate for beating the boss, 0.0% on path of torment. If 99% of the playerbase is incapable of beating the final boss, with that number going up to 100% of the playerbase on the harder difficulty, I really do think you should take a step back and re-evaluate the boss' mechanics, because at that point it's no longer "most people just aren't good enough and need to get better".
