Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 14-21 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries Worldwide. International shipping times may vary based on the destination and customs processing. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order via the link provided in the email.

Missing or Lost Packages

If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact us at store@kagi.com. We will assist you in trying to locate your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the local provider for proof of delivery.
