    Thanks very much for the bug report! It turns out that this bug where strings like 255 get replace with "XALT 2.5" only occurs in the generated tar ball found at sourceforge. This problem does not exist in the version pulled from github. Still this is a problem that requires a new version that can be uploaded to sourceforge. So I have fixed this problem and updated the documentation to describe how to create the database. Please try version 2.6 to see if it works for you. Thanks very much.
