Tutorial SA 3 fails to run due to Scipy import error

I've assembled an easier version, with q_in = 0. Also, I am ignoring units, so I can use days instead of seconds as base time unit. Dear Dragan, thanks for looking into this. Actually, I think my optimization problem could be implemented with the current tools. I just don't know how. My biggest question mark is how to combine both Run() methods. Maybe you could give me a hint on that. On one hand, I need the discontinuity handling, on the other hand, I need to properly address the objective function calculation. Regards, Manuel
