These quests are not implemented, and as of now are all correctly hidden from the quest list and count.

One unimplemented quest was not correctly hidden, bringing the total back down to 62. I've adjusted the quest list command to count sub-quests in the number of completed quests.
Include subquests in completed quest count

This bug report is not entirely correct. The 3 nonexistent quests are already not counted. Otherwise, the count would be 66.
Thank you for the report and patch. I cannot reproduce your issue. I am able to get the smith on /scorn/shops/armourshop to make me a set of red dragon scale mail just fine. Please provide specific steps to reproduce the issue, as well as your OS/server version/Python version.

Thanks for the patch. This looks fine to me. Though I wonder, what do you mean by "comc usage in scripts touchy and unreliable?" Each ncom command has a number that the server sends back in comc to confirm completion of that command, so you can always track which commands have been executed.
