I'm sorry, uploading the screenshot overwrote the tex files. I attached here the a mini example "miniExample.rar".

I attached here a mini example of this problem. There are some glossary entries and one figure. Even the figure highligh is not working after a restart of texstudio. I works again, only if I copy and paise all the text in the tex file. It seems that somehow the scan for highlighting is not refreshed. I hope the files helps..

But the glossary package is also not detected: \gls{symb:SchnittBild}
