I started using ScrollOutF1 a few months ago (great product, btw!). I have an Exchange 2019 server and am using Outlook for my regular email and the IMAP email account I setup for ScrollOutF1. I kept getting the "collector.rc: credential/login error (LOGIN failed.)" from SimpleIMAPSSLRetriever. I checked all the settings above, and I only got it to work when I changed the password to lowercase and numbers only. So, to add to the above check list: 1) IMAP might be on SSL (port 993), not on 143. 2)...
