This is kind of the simplest proof of concept between 2 databases/ It seems to actually be actually connect to the databases correctly, but won't connect to itself to sync. It repros on several different versions, but I've verified it on this specific version: https://launchpad.net/~mati865/+archive/ubuntu/mingw-w64. Checked both on WSL and inside Docker. The versions included are 6.0.0-3/7.3.0-29 Windows version: Windows 10 Pro 1803 17134.523

thread_local in DLL (with win32 threads) causes segfault on process exit

Oops, this appears to be a dupe of https://sourceforge.net/p/judy/bugs/25/ ; the patch there fixed the problem.
