    As an Asian I can vouch for this. Ginger is used a lot to avoid gastric issues and indigestion.     I do use a lot of ginger, especially when I cook chinese. Interestingly, my boyfriend has increased his consumption becasue he believes it will increase his immunity to Covid-19. I see no reason to stop him as it has a lot of health benefits, but I worry that this might make him very acidic.

    Such unusual red banans. I have only ever seen the usual yellow ones. I had a boyfriend who spoke of how disease once wiped off acres and acres of the crop where monoculture had been practiced. Never checked it. He funnily enough gave it as an example of geometric progression in bugs. I still can't believe that a bug can cause such harm.
