Youtube-dl WebUI extended download

Extension on https://github.com/p1rox/Youtube-dl-WebUI, adding MP3 tab.

Tested on Linux Debian system. I am using Raspberry Pi.

Other changes to original:
- some translations
- all processes are queued, so no waitingon web response
- script to do easy install
- script to handle the video to mp3 encoding

Suggestions to improve the code are welcome.

Installation: use sudo bash on the script to be found as part of Nazverrypie:
