File > Export > Animated PNG, outputs fine APNG files.

Neat addition, although I think it could probably be implemented as a plugin or something akin to that. Still, a project I watch.

Thanks for that, I was looking for it =) One feature I really miss in it..is the selection of the alpha-color..the transparency color :)
