This is a small utility tool that will help you format and create bootable flash drives for Windows 7/8 . It can be useful if you want to create installation media from bootable ISOs and if you want to install Windows7/8 on a system that doesn't have a CD-ROM device installed .

It never gets further than asking to format the USB drive. I allowed it to format the drive, it finished reporting "Task completed.", but nothing else happened. I closed it, formatted the drive using File Explorer (not even Quick Format), but this program still wants to format the drive. With one word: worthless. (I ran it under Windows 7.)
