winrosh is Robbie's Shell for Windows. It is a command line shell that imitates the file-completion function of Bash (as of year 2005). It is better than NTSH and windows bash ports in that it supports CJK encodings.
Features
- bash-like (Bourne Again Shell) file name completion on command line
- better escaping support
- accompanying command line tools
- command line Start Menu alternative
- directory browser in menu style

My personal opinion: rosh and the accompanying command line tools in this project make command line experience EASY! I use them everyday in my daily work. They're very useful. The latest version of cmdtools (cmdtools_beta20110228) is quite stable (zero-bug bounce since cmdtools_dev20100321) and has been code-reviewed and tested more thoroughly. Some additional tools are added.
