Project Goal: Porting a useful library of software to older, discontinued or less well known processor architectures with a Windows focus.

Compile things for the lowest OS version possible.
Backport stuff that does support newer OS versions but not older ones even on x86 NT.
Mainly a focus on existing products for Windows that will compile with a Microsoft compiler.
No original ports of linux only software or anything
May also include things in managed languages like .NET or Java that run well.
