I have currently no resources to push this project further. However, if you're interested feel free to contact me - depending on the feedback I receive I might re-arrange my priorities.

Provides an app-template which handles the whole quiz
A GUI makes it easy to create the quiz-database
No programming knowledge necessary
Contains an Android quiz tenplate app and a desktop GUI for building the quiz-app
