User Reviews

  • I love the idea of slitaz for the raspberry pi. It's really light, fast and can configure easily unlike some other os's for the pi. It's a little bit more work to set up; I still don't know why someone hasn't just made an img file for this (maybe because it would be too convenient). I like the design and the background it came with. But I have one problem about slitaz on pi, it doesn't work. For a while I try to install and upgrade programs using "tazpkg" command but this doesn't work. I keep trying things like this and i get weird errors like "cannot find packages.des no file or directory" or "tazpkg file or command doesn't exist". I try "help" then it comes to me that tazpkg is not installed. Also I can't get on the internet and I can't ping other sites either. I don't know if it's the copy but I will try again. The no "tazpkg" problem is not really adressed on the forum. People keep suggesting things like changing mirrors in tazpkg. One last try I guess.
