mingw-portage

Mingw-portage contain program `minmerge' and collection of scripts to build some packages. Together they allow you to automatically build any supported software packages for 32-bit mingw or 64-bit mingw-w64 and indeed toolchain.
Requirements: MSYS & corresponding toolchain.
