  • to run morse2test on an Ubuntu live CD Version 14.04 i386: 0. enable "universe" repository in UBUNTU settings 1. sudo apt-get install alsa-oss 2. sudo apt-get install libgnomeui-dev libgtk2.0-dev libglib2.0-dev libgsl0-dev 3. download: morse2txt-1.0.0-1.fc8.i386.rpm and decode it with archiv manager 4. cd to the bin file and open terminal type: aoss morse2txt program should start, open Preferences, use /dev/audio But the CW decoding result was poor.... The author should provide an mp3 testfile and hints which parameters to use
