DJ Toolkit is a FREE Windows utility designed to validate and standardize Hot Cues, especially when managing a large collection of tracks where consistency can be challenging. Tailored specifically for Rekordbox users, this tool ensures that Hot Cues are named according to a preferred schema, facilitating easier navigation through the music library during performances.
With DJ Toolkit, it is easy to verify that each Hot Cue has a corresponding Memory Cue, helping to maintain consistency and accuracy across the library. Additionally, DJ Toolkit measures the timing between Cues, allowing for the identification of tracks that are shorter radio edits versus extended mixes.
DJ Toolkit does not alter any Rekordbox database files, ensuring that the collection remains 100% safe. Instead, it imports an XML file exported from Rekordbox and generates a report detailing where tracks do not meet the defined ruleset.
