Download the Belief Reviser (Beta). Unzip and execute from the command line:

java -jar BeliefReviser.jar

You need the Java Runtime Environment 6+ and GNU Octave (https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/) installed and properly configured in your CLASSPATH.
