This is AspeQt, the free Atari Serial Peripheral emulator written in Qt and developed/maintained by Atari8Warez who is also the designer and vendor of the SIO2PC/10502PC Dual-USB device which is used to connect Atari 8 bit computers and disk drives to modern PCs. AspeQt provides the software layer, while the Dual-USB provides the hardware layer.
AspeQt A8W Edition is developed with MS Windows and Ubuntu in mind. A8W Edition most probably will work with other Linux distributions, and especially with Debian and Mint, and perhaps with others. However it is only tested with Ubuntu. OSX support was difficult in the past and due to my lack of knowledge in OSX I am no longer trying to support that particular OS.
