collectd is a small daemon which collects system information periodically and provides mechanisms to store and monitor the values in a variety of ways.

Features

  • Apache server utilization: Number of bytes transferred, number of requests handled and detailed scoreboard statistics
  • APC UPS Daemon: UPS charge, load, input/output/battery voltage, etc.
  • Sensors in Macs running Mac OS X / Darwin: Temperature, fan speed and voltage sensors.
  • Various sensors in the Aquaero 5 water cooling board made by Aquacomputer.
