I was wondering how these are supposed to work? I select them in the wrist slot but no attack bonus ever comes up in any calculation. Thanks

I am assuming you are using a bow of some kind. Because I found the issue is that it ALWAYS gives the attack bonus, even if you are not proficient with the weapon.
