I am very much enthusiast. Is there any kind of Data Deduplication feature available in current release or planned for any future release? This would make it really enterprise ready. ****************************************************************************************************************** Disclaimer: The information transmitted is for sole use of the intended recipient/s and may contain material that is only for addressee and contain confidential/privileged material. Hello, A new release update(2.3-5) is out for Rockstor. It's been a month since the last production release(2.2-9) and a number of improvements were made. We'd like to highlight two important features added by this update 1. You can schedule periodic replication of shares from one Rockstor appliance to another with the new replication interface right from the UI. 2. Complete AD support was added. Add your Rockstor appliane to your domain, customize Share ACLs right from windows and more. All new installs of Rockstor run at the latest release level out of the box. If you have an existing install, you can update from the UI. Documentation available at www.rockstor.com Thanks, Suman |

Hello, A new release update(2.2-9) is out for RockStor. As usual, we made the product better and fixed a bunch of bugs. The main update is that you can update Rockstor right from the UI going forward. For this update though, you need to run "yum update". Or get the latest by installing Rockstor from scratch. Documentation at www.rockstor.com Thanks, Suman |

Shares can be exported via SFTP in addition to Samba/CIFS and NFS. 2. Enhanced Samba/CIFS management. Simpler management right from the storage tab. 3. Fixed broken NIS support. Documentation at www.rockstor.com Update with the following command: # yum update Thanks Suman |
