Minor change.

Fixed the transformation from relative to absolute links for links containing a chapter only.

- Removed some old and unused logger messages.
- Added more logger messages for unchanged, but manipulated files.

- Fixed generation of regular expressions for article links for links that ended with ":".
- Added warning message for unchanged articles that should have been changed.

Fixed another Windows/Linux issue with broken German umlauts.

Fixed missing rename of colliding name spaces if one of them does not contain any pages.

Simplified name space implementation.

Removed useless class NamespacEelement, because it was just a wrapper class for String.

Taking care of empty and non-existing media directories.
