Right click the system tray icon and select "Select Area On Screen". A picture is supposed to be taken of the desktop, but on multi-monitor systems, it looks like only the primary monitor's screen is taken, making it impossible to use this feature across or on secondary monitor(s).

Thanks for taking the time to report a bug! This is a low prio issue, closing as wontfix. I need to focus on other things in the foreseeable future.
