Need a blacklist(blocklist) config

It's potplayer, seems always trigger scroll-lock key when focus in it. and
it will show playtime (which I don't want)
And after exit recaps, it's not happening.

Now I have a workaround of assigning scroll-lock key to non-function

Some apps are not going well with this software, particularlly some video
player, so I want to have a blacklist(blocklist) config to leave them alone
