Recommendation Tracker Code

+ Added cache initialization method to AbsCachedTextRenderer. Implemented across list view tables.
- Got rid of instances of VariableRowHeightTable where it was unnecessary (everywhere but the recommendation list view table)

+ Improved the caching for the listview tables. It should be more responsive during scrolling (of course, only after the items are cached)

New schematron files for checking benchmark.

Added schematron check to Benchmark import.
Use worker dialog during import.

= Changed the tool tip text for list views to line wrap at 75 characters (plus n characters to hit the next space or endl).

+ Added first attempt at search capability
+ UserHelper no longer throws multiple exceptions if unable to convert a userId to FName and LName
+ Added ITablePanel interface for table panels to implement
-> right now this is only on the table panels used in the list views
= Modified IListView to incorporate the ITablePanel

First pass at Import XCCDF. It works, but not in a user-friendly way. Doesn't check or report potential errors before translating.
Doesn't give the user any visible feedback. Doesn't import files associated with Benchmark.

Changed RTDocumentUtilities.parseDocument to take a Reader instead of a File so that I could reuse the funciton.
