Commit [r1032] Maximize Restore History

+ small changes to logging on the application add and edit dialogs

+ added the ocil 2.0 check language to the rt.base.client.xml file
+ updated the notice on the about dialog to reference updated legal information
+ removed an unused 'renderers' package
+ removed redundant validation step in the edit application dialog
