#312 If there are no spelling suggestions, it should say it

Whenever you type a word and Right Click you have the option for Spelling. However, if the dictionary does not recognize the word at all, if you arrow over to the right from Spelling it just seems as if it is broken. I suggest it say, 'No Spelling Suggestions' when non-words are being spell-checked.

    I checked in a new version of the jortho.jar, the open source library we use for spell checking to see if this was addressed. It wasn't.
