Welcome to the RadioAnatomy project.

RadioAnatomy plugin is a plugin for the OSX Dicom viewer OsiriX. It uses some configuration files from segmentation software ITK-snap. Some derived data available in the Download section is also produced from the sample data of the ITK-snap project.

The source code is divided into two projects:

  • [BrushROIsGenerator]: based on a labeled image and a label description file, this OsiriX plugin will generate OsiriX rois of type brush that can be imported directly into OsiriX or be used by the RadioAnatomy plugin.
  • [RadioAnatomy]: this plugin is a segmented data explorer which displays data in label form (Brush rois) and 3D meshes. The navigation is based on a simple yet effective tree structure.

How to prepare data for the RadioAnatomy plugin?

See the [DataPreparation] page on the matter.
