[Qstopmotion-devel] Fwd: qStopMotion bug fixed. How to commit?

Hi all!

qStopMotion is very convenient software for creating animations. I and my
child want to use it. But it has bug.

qStopMotion does not get image from camera if user name is localized. For
example if user name contains Russian letters "Андрей".

OS: Windows(bug reproduced on 7 and 8.1)

I fixed this bug and want to add this fix to qStopMotion. How can I do this?
