This release cleans up some typos and php5 issues.

This releases fixes some more minor issues reported.

It also restructures the db abstraction layer, which allowed the sql to be consolidated and known issues with the report filtering implemented and fixed.

Why should you care? Because it is at a time like this that a project is resettings its plans, and this is your best time to influence the project and get your ideas included in the project RoadMap. Please post them in the new forum created for this purpose.

proManager 0.71 is released, this is a bug fix release, with postgresql support improved, and a fix/enhancment to work under modern version of php (4.2 and higher).

Please dont use cvs!!! It's a major mess.

after almost a year of inactivity (due to lack of time), i'm back to development

task and messages texts now have a "translate" button that links to www.translator.cx (GPLTrans)

promanager has hit it's 0.5 state (which corresponds to "half way")
