Assuming you are referring to the "Display relational schema" feature.
When I pick "A4-Landscape", I get a landscape PDF and a portrait PDF for "A4-Portrait".
Which paper format are you using? Which PDF viewer are you using?

I confirm that without the option "data dictionary" the PDF is always in portrait mode.

    Server: Localhost via UNIX socket
    Server type: MySQL
    Server version: 5.5.37-0ubuntu0.14.04.1 - (Ubuntu)
    Protocol version: 10
    Server charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
    Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)
Database client version: libmysql - 5.5.37
    PHP extension: mysqli Documentation

(And with "data dictionary" it is in landscape correctly.)

    Valerio,
I can reproduce your problem in 3.5.1, but this version is no longer supported. In the current 4.2.5 version, all is fine.
