PBS: Portable Bookmarks and Shortcuts News

A new Alpha has just been released:

• Ability to handle favicons from shortcuts
• More intuitive when manually adding shortcuts
• Tray icon menus improved
• Added plugins for Shortcuts commands, and more configurable tray

Initial release (still alpha) of PBS has been issued. It is currently Windows only. The website has also been created with some basic information.
