Add functionality to run a search on only a single row
of a table. The need for this that, when adding a new
row to a table, it adds (or will add, depending on when
you read this) each search of that table to the
newsearches.cct file, indicating that those searches
should be run regardless next time. If you're adding
one row to a table with 4,000 rows and 6 searches,
you're essentially running 24,000 searches when only 6
are required. It's fairly minor now, but as we get
into bigger cases and such it will be a big deal.
