Got rid of unnecessary file locks
Removed unnecessary cast.
Replaced tests with tests from the Maia version.

Removed obsolete "Eclipse Equinox" run configuration type.
Old "Eclipse Equinox" run configurations are automatically converted into matching OSGi run configurations.
CachingBundleInfoProvider now can cope with bundles contained in directories and not JARs.
CachingBundleInfoProvider now only returns the name part of the symbolic bundle name without any parameters.

Added the concept of additional OSGi run configuration checkers to enable framework specific checks.

Merged Equinox Run config into OSGi Bundles run config.
