#22 Cannot restore image to a VHD(X) virtual disk

I create and connect a VHD(X) virtual disk via the Disk Management console, when I initialize the disk using the MBR partition style - restoring of an image onto the virtual disk works as expected. When I initialize the disk using the GPT partition style - then when attempting to restore an image, I get:

Error: The available disk space on the target drive (0 Bytes) is less than the size of the image to restore

It always reports (0 Bytes) no matter the size of the virtual disk or disk type (fixed size/expendable). Please see the attachment for the bug screenshot.

Please rename the ticket to indicate rather the GPT problem than a VHD(X) one. It seems I don't have permissions to do it.

      Hi David,

ODIN 0.34 does not support GPT disks. I have taken over development, and am working on adding support for this feature.

If you'd like to add bugs and feature requests, you can go ahead and do it here:
      https://sourceforge.net/projects/odin-imager/

and what's the point? said that you would do it, and did nothing, and the program is very important! We will leave a link to this repository on our site, not a new one.
