Changes:

- refactoring source to base package "org.sf.monyserv"
- remove class "MonitorConfiguration"
- implemented Rhino (JavaScrip-Engine)

- catching Exception if Script-Plugin cant deliver back the ReturnState via "return" like JavaScript
