Just before the start of rxvt

if "x%RXVTRC%" == "x" set RXVTRC="-backspacekey ^H -sl 2500 -fg %FGCOLOR% -bg
%BGCOLOR% -sr -fn Courier-12 -tn msys -geometry 80x25"

Then change the start line to:

start %WD%bin\rxvt %RXVTRC% -e /bin/sh --login -i



This provides the user hook needed.  Note, I have not tested it.
