I just committed the basics for the API. Haven't added the needed
access key to the user's account UI yet, but will do that when I've
created the gem for the consumer-side.

Note that LogiLogi now also requires the ratom gem, and libxml2.

Also I fixed a small js-issue with the dropdown button, so it is now
fully working, and used to select peergroups. Good work Bruno :)
